SUBJECT, however, to an open and unobstructed right of way to Stewart
Dewar and Charlotte H. Dewar, his wife, their heirs or assigns, 4.5
feet in width, the southerly line of which is the southerly line of the
premisr.s hereby conveyed, and running from said westerly line of Horton's
Lane westerly along said southerly line, a distance of 165 fact.

recorded in the Suffolk County Clark's Office on November 6, 1957 in
