westerly side of Carole Road, 50 feet; running thence North 610

Cove (an indentation of Arshamomaque Pond); running thence south-
easterly along the ordinary high water mark of Old Cove, 50 feet
more or less to a point where said high water mark of Old Cove
would be intersects(! by a line bearing on a course of North 610
59'10" 'East and drawn from the point of beginning; running thence
South 610 59110" West 88.10 feet to the point or place of begin-
ning.
BEING the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part
by deed dated October 27, 1960, and recorded in the office of the
County Clerk of the County of Suffolk, New York, on November 1,
1960, in Liber N899 page 223 of Conveyances.
