The parties of the first part herein are the children and only heirs of Diary G. Griswold, who died in the State of Now Jersey, a resident of LKR5850 i&459 Norristown, on September 21, 1959. The said Mary G. Griswold was given a specific devise of the premises described herein under the Last Will ! and Testament of Alice W. Stokes, who died in Suffolk County, Now York on December 23, 1964, and upon Nary G. Griswold predeceasing said Alice I! W. Stokes, than to her issue surviving Alice W. Stokes in equal shares, per stirpes, (Suffolk County Surrogate's Court File No. 1$97-F-1964). . 'I I
