the Westerly line of Hiawathas Path, then running North 2°091 West along the Westerly
line of Hiawatha's Path 140 feet to a point as the point and place of beginning, thence
Westerly by and along property of Boergesson 110 feet to a point, then North 2°091
West 119 feet to a point, thence Easterly along property of C.H. Wickham 110 feet to a
point in the Westerly line of Hiawatha's Path, thence South 2°091 East 119 feet along
the Westerly line of Hiswaths's Pnth to the point and place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the panty of the first part, if any, in
and to land lying within the bounds of Hiawatha's Path adjacent to the said premises,
to the colter line thereof.
TOGETHER with any and all rights to the use of roadways and beaches above mean -
high water, jointly owned by the Laughing Water Property Owners Association, or
used jointly by all Laughing Water property owners.
