Robinson to Mary van Zyvardon by deed dated April 8, 1961 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 13, 1961 in Liber 5096 of Deeds at page 205, together with the northerly 15 feet of pranises Eknown and designated as Lot No. 2 on "Map of Peconici Bay Oaks".
