BeGINNING at a paint marked by'a concrete monument on the southerly
line of a 25 foot private road 1195 feet, more or less, easterly along
said southerly line from the easterly line of North Road (which point
is the northeasterly corner of land of Vanderbook and the northwesterly
corner of the promisesherein described); running thence along the
southerly line of said private road, South 56 degrees 45 minutes 20
seconds ^cast, a distance of 126.80 feet to the westerly lino of a second
private road; running thence along said westerly line, South 53 degrees
57 minutes 00 seconds -'est, a distance of 171.30 feet to ordinary high
water mark of Arshamomoquo Fond; running thence in a westerly direction
along said high water marls of Arshamomoque gond, the tie line course of

line of said land of Vandorbook and passing through a monument, forth

a private road; running thence along the westorly line of said private

point marked by a monument; running thence still along said westerly
line of said private road, South 61 degrees 14 minutes West, a distance
of'73.90 feet to a point marked by a monument; running thence along the
northerly line of the first mentioned 25 foot private road, North 56
