of Property Owned by Nathan Goldin", filed in the office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk on November 22, 1932, as map number 1106, which said parts of said
lots are more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Sound View Avenue, 50 feet west-
erly as measured along the southerly side of Sound View Avenue from the corner
formed by the intersection of said southerly side of Sound View Avenue and the
westerly side of Goldin Lane; running thence south 17o59150" east, through lots
7 and 6 as shown on said map,88.30 feet; thence through said lot 6 as shown on
said map, south 75045140"west, 45 feet to land now or formerly of Levin;
running thence along said last mentioned land, north 25043'40"west, 100 feet to
a monument set on the southerly side of Sound View Avenue; running thence along
said southerly line of Sound View Avenue, north 85o26140" east, 60 feet to the
point or place of beginning.
PARCEL II:
ALL that certain piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as part
of lot numbered 3 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Property Owned by Nathan
Goldin", and filed in the office of the clerk of the County of Suffolk November 22,
1932, as map number 1106, which said part of said lot is more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Sound View Avenue, where the sai4-
northerly side of Sound View Avenue is.intersected by the division line between
lotsnumbered2 and 3 as shown on said map and which said point is the southwest-
erly corner of the premises hereinafter descrihrl; running thence north 13036' west,
along said division line, 180 feet, more or less,.to the ordinary highwater mark
of Long Island Sound;.running thence easterly, along-Long Island Sound,-10 feet,
more or less; running thence south 13036' east,parallel with and 10feetdistant
from the westerly line of lot numbered 3, 180 feet, more or less, to the northerly
side of Sound View Avenue; running thence along the northerly side of Sound View
Avenue, south 85026140"west, 10.13 feet to the division line between lots numbered
2 and 3 as shown on said map to the point:or place of beginning.
