Bauer, his wife, both residing © at 68 Lawrence Street, New Hyde Park, New York, m y m s RY ffi party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of the sum of one & no/100 ($1.00) dollars, lawful money of the United States,and other good and valuable consideration, paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, PARCEL I:- ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being partd lots 6 and 7 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Property owned by Nathan Goldin", and filed in the office of the office of the clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 22, 1932, as map 1106, more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Soundview Avenue with the westerly side of Goldirl>Lane; running thence south 21°57110" east, along the westerly side of Goldin Lane, 100 feet; running thence _ south 75°45'40"west, 97.95 feet; thence north 25043140"west, 20 feet; thence along land now or formerly of John J. Burke, (1) north 75045140" east, 45 feet, and (2) north 17°59150"west, 88.10 feet to the southerly side of Soundview Avenue, and thence north 85026140" east, along the southerly side of Soundview Avenue, 50 feet to the corner, and the point or place of beginning. PARCEL II: ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being known and designated.as part of lot numbered 3 on the aforementioned map, which said part of lot is more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a poird on the northerly line of Soundview Avenue distant 128.86 feet from the northwesterly corner of the premises hereinabove described on a course bearing north 54°35'50" east therefrom; from said point of beginning running north 13"36'00"west, a distance of 180 feet, more or less, along land of Burke to the ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound; running thence easterly, along the ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound, a distance of 10 feet,.more or less, to the land of Aveta; running thence south 13°36'00" east,on a line parallel to the first course herein described and at all times 10 feet distant therefrom, a distance of 180 feet, more or less, to the northerly line of Soundview Avenue;.running thence along the northerly line of Soundview Avenue, south 85°26140"west, a dunce of 10.13 feet to the point or place of beginning. BEING and intended to be part of the premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed made by Leo N. Goldin, dated June 18, 1952, recorded June 25, 1952, liber 3370 of conveyances, page 413, in the Suffolk county clerk's office.
