BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Hiawathala Path, 560 feet northerly along
said easterly line from Nokomis Road; running thence along said easterly line of
Hiawatha's Path, North 8047' West 105.09 feet; thence along land of the party of the
first part, North 83032' East 137.18 feet to land of St. Patrick's Roman Catholic
Church; thence along last mentioned land, South 6028' East 105.0 feed thence along
land now or formerly of the party of the first part, South 83032' West 132.93 feet to
the point of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH all right, title and interest of the party of the first part, if any,
and to land lying within the bounds of Hiawatha?a Path adjacent to the said premises
to the center line thereof.
TOGETHER with any and all rights to the use of roadways and beaches above mean
high water, jointly owned by the Laughing Water Property.Owners Association, or
used jointly by all Laughing Water property owners.
