L,C. Parkinson, their heirs, assigna, grantees and devisees, the

laying water pipes to supply water to the promisee owned by the
portico ofthefirst part, Ester.Glendinning, individually, Grace
-Fiether, individually, Phillip A. Mac Sween and L.C. Perkinson,,
toroonnect-to the facilities of the Water Department of the
Village of Greenport, North Fork Division, located in and under
.Bay Home Roads and further reserving to the foregoing parties,
their ho ts, assigns, grantees and devisees the right to drill
,Wells and:draw water from the existing 30 foot right of way
described in Liber 4260 of Deeds at page 391.
-SUBJECT to a right of way 30 feet in width along the southerly
line of the above-described premises from Bay Home Road to the
northeasterly corner of the land of Grace Fismer, said right of
paybeing more fully desatibed in Libor 4260 of Deeds at page 391.
SUBJECT also to a well easement granted by the parties of the
first part to L.C. Parkinson, described in Libor 4261 of Deeds
at page 577.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the.
parties of the first part by deod dated April 11, 1963, and
oncorded May 7,i 1963 inthe ffice Libor 5343 5343ark og ofathe County page 440 of Suffolk
THE PARTY of the second part has simultaneously herewith
executed and delivered a purchase money, first mortgage to the.
party of the first part in the sum of h 45,440.00 intandod to
be recorded simultaneously herowith.
