BEGINNING at a stake adjoining land now or formerly of William A.
Haynes and-at the southerly corner of said Plot Nor 3; running thence
along Plot No. 2 as shown on said map North 560 03' West about 557 feet -
to land of Bertha Smith; thence northeasterly approximately at right _
angles to last described line and along said land of Bertha Smith 220
feet more or less to the southwesterly line of Plot No. 4 as shown on
said map; thence along said line of Plot No. 4 South 55° 33' 40" East _

and bounded on the West by Plot No. 2 as shown on said map, .the easterly
and westerly lines being parallel and 20 feet distant throughout..
Reserving to said Bertha Smith for so long as she- shall hold title
to the adjoining premises on the East, a right-of-way over the northerly
100 feet of the within premises, said right-of-way to cease and terminat:-
when said Bertha Smith no longer holds title to said premises adjoining
on the East.

215.57 feet; (3) South 430 33' 10" West 87.35 feet to land now or former-
ly of Moisa; thence along said last mentioned land North 31° 33' 40"
West 276.57 feet to land now or formerly of Michel Kleb, Inc.; thence
along said last mentioned land the following courses and distances: (1)
