LIBER5903 PAA79 Q6— THIS INDENTURE,made the 20th day of January ,nineteen hundred and sixty-six BETWEEN JACK RICHARDS residing at 126 Southdown Road, Huntington, I New York, V L party of the first part,and CHARLES G. YOUNG and MARY B. YOUNG, his wife, both residing at 89 Mackey Avenue, Port Washington, New York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon created,situate, lying a ad befngiotHae at Bay View, near Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of a 50 foot private road known as Ed's Road which point is located the following 2 cour§es and distance from a monument set in the northerly line of Main Bayview Road at the easterly line of another private 50 foot road known as Victoria Drive: 1) North 290 57' 20" East along the easterly side of Victoria Drive, 332.0 feet to the southerly side of Ed's Road and 2) South 600 02' 40" East along the southerly side of Ed's Road 215 feet to the place of beginning of the premises herein being described: from said point of beginning; running thence South 600 02' 40" East along the southerly side of Ed's Road 110 feet; thence South 290 57' 20" West 166.0 feet; thence North 600 02' 40" West 110 feet; thence North 290 57' 20" East 166.0 feet to the southerly side of Ed's fll Road at the point or place of beginning.
