FLORENCE and DOROTHY A. FLORENCE, his wife, both residing at no number, Oaklawn Avenue, Southold, New York, Y party of the first part,and ANTHONY ZORI and MARY ZORI, his wife, both residing at 1� 20-11 21st Street, Astoria, New York, P"of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten ($10.00)--------------------------------------------- dollars, lawful moneyof the United States, and other good and valuable consideration Paid by the Party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,pica or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate, lying and being kbdkR at Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Oaklawn Avenue 500.51 feet southerly along said westerly line from the southerly line of Pine Neck Road; RUNNING THENCE along said westerly line of Oaklawn Avenue, South 6° 12' 00" West 85.0 feet; THENCE along other land now or formerly of Sarah E. Gagen 3 courses, as follows: (1) at right angles to said westerly line of Oaklawn Avenue, North 83° 48" 00" West, 150.0 feet to a monument; THENCE (2) parallel with said westerly line, North 6° 12' 001- East, 85.0 feet; THENCE (3) at right angles to said westerly line, South 830 48' 00" East 150.0 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE THE same premises conveyed to Richard T. Florence by deed dated March 15, 1961 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on March 17, 1961 in Liber 4961 of deeds at page 396, made by Kasimir John Pylko, and Subject to the covenants and restrictions therein contained. THE grantees herein, Anthony Zori and Mary Zori, his wife, here- below affix their signatures to this instrument evidencing their agreement to assume and pay the existing mortgage on the premises described herein which was made to the Southold Savings Bank by Richard T. Florence, one of the grantors herein, dated the 19th day of April, 1961 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 21, 1961 in Liber 3611 at page 75, on which the present remaining principal balance is $9816.52, with interest paid to September 19, 1966.
