Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by John H.
Lehr and Florence H. Lehr, his wife, to Alec Elak and Jennie Elak,
his wife, as tenants by the entirety, by deed dated November 8th,
1956, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk ls Office on January
25, 1957, in Liber 4249 of deeds at page 347•
