feet more or less to a monument; (2) North 12 degrees 41 minutes 20
seconds west 1779.10 feet to the southerly side of Indian Neck Road
at the point or place of beginning.

first part in and to so much of Indian Neck Road as lies contiguous to

BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed by Midwood
Trust Company as Executor of the Estate of Emily N. Bennett, deceased,
is to George H. Bennett by deed dated Jan. 25, 1933 and recorded in the
m Suffolk County Clprk's Office in Liber 1706 of deeds, page 327. on
April 4, 1933•

ALSO BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed July 5,
1949 by George H. Bennett to George H. Bennett and Agnes M. Bennett,
his wife, said deedrecordedin the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in
Liber 2967 at page 51. -

In a deed dated December 28, 1955 between Agnes M. Bennett, as grantor,
and Charles E. Ward, as grantee, which said deed was recorded in the

deeds on March 20, 1956. -
