Laid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
ly;ngand being antbe at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk,
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Kenney's Road at
the intersection of said line with the southerly line of Chestnut
Road; running thence in a general northeasterly direction along
the southerly line of Chestnut Road a distance of 200 feet; running
thence in a general southerly direction, on a line parallel to the
eastey line of Kenny's Road, to the northerly line of land of
James Rrln
. Wheeler, Jr. (formerly land of Lidico Corporation and for-
merly of Annie Dondero) ; running thence in a general westerly direc-
tion along said land of Wheeler to the easterly line of Kenney's
Road; running thence in a general northwesterly direction along the
easterly line of Kenney's Road to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of
the party of the first part in and to the highways in front of
and abutting said premises to the respective center lines thereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to James
A. Wheeler by Florence Moffat by deed dated September 10, 1951,
recorded June 9, 1952 in the office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk in .Liber 3363 at Page 460, the said James A. Wheeler hav-
ing died a resident of Suffolk County, leaving Last Will and Tes-
tament which was probated in the Suffolk County Surrogate's Office.
