1961", filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 9, _
1961 as Map No. 3388, which monument is South 9 degrees 40 minutes
40 seconds West, a distance of 216.50 feet as measured along the
- easterly line of the aforesaid realty subdivision entitled "Fair-

13 minutes 40 seconds West, a distance of 208.40 feet to a monu-
ment set ontheeasterly line of the aforesaid realty subdivision
entitled "Fairview Park"; thence North 9 degrees 40 minutes 40
seconds East along the easterly line of the aforesaid realty sub-
division entitled 'Fairview Park", a distance of 924.27 feet to
the point or place of beginning, said premises containing an area
of 19.398 acres., according to survey by Alden W. Young, Land Sur-
veyor, dated January 14, 1966.
SUBJECT., however, to a mortgage made by the grantors herein
to Edith B. Mailler in the amount of $24,800.00 dated January 29,
1966 and recorded February 2, 1966 in the office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk in Liber 4871, mp 122, which the grantee
herein hereby agrees to assume and pay by resolution made and
adopted at a regular meeting of the board of directors.
