THIS INDENTURE,made the 16th day of August ,nineteen hundred and sixty—seven
BETWEEN WILLIAM STOKES and DOROTHY STOKES, his wife, both residing
at Peconic Lane, Peconic, New York,

qag�. WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Deltars and other valuable wn-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate,lying and bemgx¢str at Peconic, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk, and State of New York, and bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Peconic Lane at the north—
easterly corner of land now or formerly of William Dobec, and
running thence along the lands now or formerly of said Dobec three
courses, as follows: (1) S.48028140"W.-370,15 feet (2) N,42°16'20"W,—
123.80 feet (3) S.43051'50"W.-483.78 feet to a point; thence along
land now or formerly of Anton Gadomski N.38012'20"W.-365.95 feet
to a point; thence along the land now or formerly of Charles
Roberts N.55°13100"E.-881.26 feet to the westerly line of Peconic
- Lane; thence along the westerly line of Peconic Lane S.34°33'20"E.-
349.38 feet to the point or place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties
of the first part herein by Deed from Edwin V. Zolkoski and Eileen
I R. Zolkoski, his wife, dated September 15, 1965 and recorded on
September 21, 1965 in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in
��N Liber 5825, Page 72.
SUBJECT to a first mortgage presently on the aforesaid premises
held- by the Northport Federal Savings and Loan Association
originally in the sum of So 13,500,00 and on which mortgage there
m a is now the approximate sum of $12,478.80 with interest thereon at the
rate of 6% per annum from July 1, 19679 and that the grantees hereby
assume and covenant to pay such mortgage debt and interest as a
part of the consideration for this conveyance.
SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions and public utility easementseof
record, if any, and to any state of facts that an accurate survey
may show.
