WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideation paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and mime unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or sucarsoa and assigns of the party of the second an forever,
ALL that certain lot, Piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and im rovempans thereon erected,
situate,lying and Being m the Town of Southold, County of pSuffolk and State
Of New York, bounded and desoribed as follows.
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly line of'Oak lawn Avenue '
distant 575 feet Southerly from the monument at the Southwesterly
corner of land known as the Presbyterian Cemetery and running thence
Southerly along the Easterly side of Oak Lawn Avenuo a distance
Of 100 feet to land of George He Wells; than" Easterly at a right
angle to said Easterly line of Oak Laren Avenue and along land of
George H. Wells a distanoe of 208 feet to a point; thence Northerly
along said land of George H. Wells on a line parsrllel with the
Easterly line of oak Laren Avenue a distance of 100 feet to a point;
thence Westerly along land of Richard TO Merwin and wife and on a
line parallel to the Southerly boundary line hereof a distance of
208 feet to the Easterly line of Oak Lawn Avenue at the point or
place of beginning.
Together with all right, title and interest of the parties of
the first part in and to .Oak Lawn Avenue adjoining said promisee.
Being the same premises conveyed-by Jay M. Glover and Ruth
Me Glover, his wife to Joseph P. Ulrich and Dorothy C. Ulrich,
his wife, by deed dated AprIA 19, 1948, and recorded in the _
Office of the Cldrk of Suffolk County in Liber 2818 of deeds at Page 04
on April 21, 1948.
