�yx THIS INDENTURE made the 244 day of November,nineteen hundred and sixty-seven
as BETWEEN MARGARET E. TUMIN, residing at Orient, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the first part,and ELLEN VIOLETT, residing at 230 East 50th Street, New
York, New York,
party of the semnd part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second par.does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or...sma and assigns of the party of the'second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildingp and improyements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being ittdbm that part of the Township of Southold known as Bay View 'in the
County of Suffolk and State of New York, shown on the map filed in the Suffolk
- County Clerk's Office January 27, 1926 as Number 802,.and designated thereon as
lot No. 6, the said lot being 100 feet in width and running from mean highwater
mark of Peconic Bay to a private road shown on said map, extending from said lot
to the junction of that highway which is known as Bay View Road with that other
highway known as Cedar Beach Road; said map being entitled, "Map Number 1 of
Part of Property of Edwin H. Brown at Bay View, Southold, N.Y." and made by
Franklin P. Overton, Peconic, New York, said premises being also designated
as Lot 105 on Map of Cedar Beach Park, filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on December 20, 1927 as Map Number 90.
The conveyance hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage executed by
Arthur H. Tumin as mortgagor to the Southold Savings Bank as mortgagee which
mortgage is dated June 22, 1966, and was recorded on June 23, 1966, in the _
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, in liber 4966 of mortgages, at page
541, and on which mortgage there is now due the sum of$21,170.35 with interest
t thereon at the rate of six (6%) per cent per annum from November 22, 1967, and
that the party of the second part hereby assumes and covenants to pay such
mortgage debt and interest as part of the consideration for this conveyance.
