New York, and BARRY TALIERING, residing at 46 Cross Bow lane, Commack,
New York,
parry of the first Pare and TALLY PETROLEUM CORP., a New York corporation,
having its principal office. at 104 South Central Avenue, Valley

THENCE along Peconic lane South 30 degrees 00 minute East
