sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being i # at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded North by land of I. M. SII
Young and Co.; East by land formerly of Estate of Orlando L. Wells;
(now believed to be of Frederic P. Rich); South by land formerly of
Estate of Orlando L. Wells (now believed to be of Mae D. Wells); and
West by Youngs Avenue, said promises containing by estimation one-
half (1/2) acro, be the same more or less.
RESERVING, however, to the party of the first part the use of said
promises for and during the term of her natural life.
