rrly of John Charnews; Southerly by land now or formerly of Eva Belle
Baker; again Westerly and again Southerly by land now or formerly of
Elsie Calloway; containing by estimation three (3) acres, more or
less.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by J.Alonzo
Hulse and Niary E. Hulse, his wife, to Ambrose R. Tero by deed dated
February 21st, 1940, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
in Liber 2088 of deeds at page 168 on February 26, 1940, EXCEPTING

Tero to George Radich by deed dated April let, 1947, and recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 2691 of deeds at page 101
on April 3, 1947 and described as follows:
BMINNING at a point on the Westerly side of Main Street at the
Southwesterly corner of land of the party of the first part and ad-
joining the land of Mary Mitchell and running thence Easterly along _
the Northerly line of land of said Mitchell 330 feet to a point;
thence runnier, Southerly along the Easterly side of land of Mitchell
66 feet to land of Eva Belle Baker; thence running Easterly along
said land of Eva Belle Baker 315 feet to land of John Charaews;
