BEGINNING at a monument at the intersection of the easterly

in Liber 4253 of Deeds at Page 440 and SUBJECT to the covenants and
restrictions therein contained; also, BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the
same premises conveyed by John A. Gagen to Walter E. Cain and
Patricia A. Cain, his wife, by deed dated February 24, 1960, and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 4780 of
Deeds at Page 42 on March 11, 1960.
