SPECIAL EXCEPTION. By resolution of the Board it was determined that a special exception (X) be granted ( ) be denied pursuant to Article...TY....... Section ..408....... Subsection................ paragraph ................ of the Zoning Ordinance, and the decision of the Building Inspector (X) be reversed ( ) be confirmed because : After investigation and inspection the Board finds that a standard Gulf sign 6 ft. 'in diameter, approx— imately 19 ft. high indicating gasoline and other supplies for sale is necessary to inform the boatmen of the existence of the marina. This is standard procedure for marinas. The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and justice will be served and the legally established or permitted use of neighborhood property and adjoining use districts will not be permanently or substantially injured (OVER) 2. VARIANCE. By resolution of the Board it was determined that (a) Strict application of the Ordinance (would) (would not) produce practical difficulties or un- necessary hardship because (b) The hardship created (is) (is not) unique and (would) (would not) be shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in the same use district because (c) The variance (does) (does not) observe the spirit of the Ordinance and (would) (would not) change the character of the district because and therefore, it was further determined that the requested variance ( ) be granted ( ) be denied and that the previous decisions of the Building Inspector ( ) be confirmed ( ) be reversed.
