WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,fn consideration of ten dollars and other valuable cora
sideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part,the hers or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate,lying and being in the Tpwn of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a stake set on the easterly line of Clark
Road at the northwesterly corner of land of Nick Katerges and
447.85 feet northerly along said line from the northerly line
of NorthRoad; running thence northerly along said road line
55 feet; thence easterly along other land of parties of the
first part204.52 feet to land of A.B.Richmond; thence South-
erly along said land of A.B. Richmond 45 feet; thence westerly
along other land of said A.B.Richmond and land of said Nick
Katerges 206.88 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
Together with all right, title and interest of the parties
of the first part of, in and to Clark Road in front of and ad-
joining said premises, together with the right of way to Long
Island Sound over other premises of first parties adjoining
Long Island Sound. And this conveyance is made subject to the
following covenants of record if any.
