Re: MAP No. 2 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Suffolk County Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted by an Order of the Supreme Court which was duly filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on the 11th day of { November , 196 6 and that thereupon title in fee simple W the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested in the County of Suffolk, New York, and the r ( proceeding continued for the purpose of determining the of to be made to the NI owners of the real property to be acquired in this proceeding is to be ascertained by the Court without a jury, and WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk THEODORE 0. BITTNER of Soundview Avenue, Southold, N. Y. owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated in said proceeding as Map No. 2 wbich said parcel of property is more particularly described as follows: ALL that piece or parcel of land situate in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, for park purposes, and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the division line between the lands of Theodore 0. Bittner, reputed owner on the north, and the lands of the -vVilliam Vlorth Estate, reputed owner on the south, at its intersection with the easterly boundary of the existing Peconic Mill Lane; thence N 130 24' S0" W, along the said boundary, 100.00 feet to a point an the division line between the lands of Theodore 0. Bittner, reputed owner on the south, and the lands of the Town of Southold, reputed owner on the north; thence N 760 35' IV E, along the last mentioned division line 160.00 feet to a point on the average high water line of Goldsmith's (Peconic) Inlet; thence generally southerly along the said high water line a distance of about 103 feet to a point on the first mentioned division line; the tie line between the points on said high water line bearing S 270 27' 00" E, 103.08 feet; thence S 760 35' 10" W, along the said first mentioned division line a 185.00 feet to the point of beginning; being 0.40 acre more or less as shown on a map on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public Works of Suffolk County.
