WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Suffolk County Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted by an Order of the Supreme Court which was duly filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on the 3rd day of May , 1067 , and that thereupon title in fee simple to the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested in the County of Suffolk, New York, and the proceeding continued for the purpose of determining the compensation to be made to the owners of the real property to be acquired in this proceeding is to be ascertained by the Court without a jury, and WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk JOHN & JULIA CHARNITWS of Southold, New York owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated in said proceeding as Map No. I57 which said parcel of property is more particularly described as follows: ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, for the reconstruction of Riverhead-Greenport Road (Middle Road), County Road No. 27, as shown on Map No. 157 and described as follow.: PARCEL "A" - BEGINNING at a point on the northerly boundary, as widened on November 22nd, 1938, of the existing Riverhead-Greenport Road (Middle Road) at the intersection of the said boundary with the division line betriveen the lands of John and Julia Charnews, reputed owners on the east, and the lands of Beatrice I. Hodgins, reputed owner on the west, said point being 14 3 feet distant northerly, measured radially, from Station 4Z5 + 83 f of the hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of Riverhead-Greenport Road (Middle Road), County Road No. 27, thence northerly along said division line 36 i feet to a point 49 t feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from Station 425 + 91 t of said center line; thence easterly on a curve to the left having a radius of 2864.79 feet an arc distance of 86 t feet to a point of tangent, said point being 48.00 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from Station 4Z6+ 77.60 of said center line; thence easterly 13 t feet to a point on the division line between the lands of John and Julia Charnews, reputed owners on the west, and the lands of Clement Charnews, reputed owner on the east, the last mentioned point being 48.00 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from Station 426 + 91 t of the said center line; thence southerly along said division line 35 t feet to its intersection with the said northerly boundary of said existing road, the last mentioned point being 14 t feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from Station 426 + 82 i of said center line; thence westerly along the last mentioned boundary of said existing road 99 t feet to the point of beginning; being 3366 x s.f. or 0.077 acre more or less. PARCEL "B" C+ BEGINNING at a point on the northerly boundary of the existing Riverhead-Greenport Road (Middle Road) at the intersection of the said boundary with the division line between the lands of Clement Charnews, reputed owner on the west, and the lands of John and Julia Charnews, reputed owners on the east, said point being 14 f feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from Station 427 + 84 +of the hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of Riverhead-Greenport Road (Middle Road), County Road No. 27, thence northerly along said division line 35 +feet to a point 48.00 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from Station 427 + 9Z +of said center line; thence easterly IZ5 feet to a point on the division line between the lands of John and Julia Charnews, reputed owners on the Qwest, and the lands of Also Goldrich and I-Iermine Goldrich, formerly of Ben F. and Ilse E. Wartell, reputed owners on the east, the last mentioned point being 48.00 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from Station 429 + 17 +of the said center line; thence southerly along said division line 35 +feet to its intersection with the northerly boundary of said existing road, the last mentioned point being 14 3 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from Station 429 + 08 f of the said center line; thence westerly along the last mentioned boundary of said existing road IZ4 +feet to the point of beginning; being 4,250 + s.I. or 0.098 acre more or less. PARCEL "C" - Cut Easement BEGINNING at a point on the division line between the lands of John and Julia Charnews, reputed owners on the west, and the lands of Clement Charnews, reputed owner on the east, said point being 60.00 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from Station 426 + 93 f of the hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of Riverhead-Greenport Road (Middle Road), County Road No. 27, thence southerly along said division line 12 +feet to a point 48.00 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from Station 426 + 91 +of said center line; thence westerly along the northerly taking line of the previously described Parcel "A" 13 +feet to a point of curve, said point being 48.00 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from Station 426+ 77.60 of said center line; thence still westerly along said taking line on a curve to the right having a radius of 2864.79 feet, an arc distance of 86 +feet to a point on the division line between the lands of John and Julia Charnews, reputed owners on the east, and the lands of Beatrice I. Hodgins, reputed owner on the west, the last mentioned point being 49 ±feet distant northerly, measured radially, from Station 425 + 91 t of the said center line; thence northerly along said division line 06 t feet to a point 55.00 feet distant northerly, measured radially, from Station 425 + 92 +of said center line; thence easterly 100 m feet to the point of beginning; being 910 t s.f. or 0.021 acre more or less.
