"A","B", C ',"D". aSuffolk County, New York. $ a LL z WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Suffolk County Improvement Act the - above entitled proceeding was duly instituted by an Order of the Supreme Court which was duly filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on the 3rd day of May , 196 7 , and that thereupon title in fee simple to the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested in the County of Suffolk, New York, and the _- proceeding continued for the purpose of determining the compensation to be made to the owners of the real property to be acquired in this proceeding is to be ascertained by the = Court without a jury, and - - WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said County of _ Suffolk BJITRICE I. HODGINS of Southold, New York owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated in said proceeding as Map No. I56 which said parcel of property is more particularly described as follows: ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold, - ti County of Suffolk, State of New York, for the reconstruction of Riverhead- Greenport Road (Middle Road), County Road No. 27, as shown on Map No, 156 y and described as follows: 76 1 PARCEL "A" BEGINNING at a point, point "A", on the northerly boundary of the existing Riverhead-Greenport Road (Middle Road) at the intersection of the said boundary with the division line between the lands of Beatrice I. Hodgins, reputed = _ owner on the east, and the lands of Anna Morris, reputed owner on the west, said point being II8 3 feet distant southerly, measured radially, from Station - 418+ 41 t of the hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of Riverhead-Greenport Road (Middle Road), County Road No, 27, _ thence northerly along said division line 176 3 feet to point "B", said point being 58 t feet distant northerly, measured radially, from Station 418 + 38 t of said center line; thence easterly on a curve to the left having a radius of 2864.79 feet an arc distance of 740 t feet to point "C" on the division line between the lands of Beatrice I. BEGINNING at a point 60.00 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from center line P.C. Station 415 + 94.32; thence N 420 041 42" E, - 22.76 feet to a point of curve; thence on a curve to the left having a radius of - 2864.79 feet an are distance of 1040.69 feet to a point of tangent 48.00 feet distant - = northerly, measured at right angles, from center line Station 426 + 77.60. PARCEL "B" - Fill Easement BEGINNING at a point on the division line between the lands of David L. Mudd, reputed owner on the west, and the lands of Beatrice I. Hodgins, - reputed owner on the east, said point being 75.00 feet distant northerly, measured _- radially, from Station 418+ 38 ±of the hereinafter described survey center line - of the proposed reconstruction of Riverhead-Greenport Road (Middle Road), - County Road No. 27, thence easterly 112 ±feet to a point on the northerly taking line of the previously described Parcel "A" said point being 56 ±feet distant - northerly, measured radially from Station 419 + 50.00 of said center line; thence westerly along said taking line on a curve to the right having a radius of 2864.79 - feet, an arc distance of 110 f feet to a point on the division line between the lands _ _ of Beatrice I.
