THIS INDENTURE,made the 7574day of Aft ,nineteen hundred and sixty seven BETWEEN FREDERICK REESE & HAROLD REESE of 855 Sunrise Highway, N Lynbrook, New York party of the first part,and DONALD SCOTT & ANN H. SCOTT, his wife, residing at Beechwood Road, Southold, N. Y. party of the second part, I: WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ONE dollars, lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate, tying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot 2 as shown on a certain map en- l' titled, "Map of Harbor Lights Estates, Section One, Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, N. Y." made by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport, N. Y., and filed in the Office of j' the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, on June 8, 1965 as Map #4362. It is understood hereby that the party of the first part conveys to I'the party of the second part all of Lot 2, together with any land :'which may remain between the canal, as it shall exist, and the most ;'easterly property line of said Lot 2, which measures 101.58 feet. ;,It is understood, however, that there is no obligation on the part of :the party of the first part to install or maintain bulkheading or s shoring along said canal. ' Together with the right to use, in common with all property owners lof Harbor Lights Estates, consisting of approximately 125 acres, the beach lot and parking area adjacent thereto. Said parking area shall have a frontage on the northerly side of Harbor Lights Drive of approxi- fP;mately 150 feet, running westerly along said street from Lot 47, and ' a depth of not less than 150 feet northerly of Harbor Lights Drive, ',and shall be immediately adjacent to and contiguous to the said beach area. Together with an easement over the streets as shown on said map to the :',nearest public highway, but excepting and reserving the fee to the 'isaid streets, the title to which is not hereby conveyed.
