individually and as executrix under the Last Will and Testament of
- Charlotte Becker,
party of the first part,and
EDWARD M. SCHILD, residing at 201-12 23rd Avenue, Bayside, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of tern dollars and other valuable consideration _
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
r successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being imdm at Southold in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and designated as and by the lot numbers -
10 and 11, on a certain map entitled, "Map of Subdivision Property 1-
of Lewis Homes Company", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of
Suffolk County on December 18, 1930, as Map Number 535, which said lots
- when taken together are bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of "OLD" Main Road,
where the same is intersected by the division line between lots 9 and -
30, as shown on .the aforementioned map and from said point of beginning
running thence along the 'southeasterly side of "Old" Main Road,
north 70" 31' 20" east, 100.82 feet to the division line between lots
11 and 12, as shown on the aforementioned map;
Ithence along the last mentioned division line, south 26° 47' 00"
east, 375 feet, more or less, to Budd's Pond;
thence in a southwesterly direction along Budd's Pond to the :-
division line between lots 9 and 10, as shown on the aforementioned
' map;
thence along the last mentioned division line, north 26° 47' 00"
west, 409 feet, more or less, to the southeasterly side of "Old" Main
Road at the point or place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Agusta Gigerich
to Henry M. Becker by deed dated March 12, 1945, and duly recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March 15, 1945 in Liber 2428 cp40L1�
A purchase money mortgage made by Edward M. Schild to Mary Magnani in
theamount of $15,000 as.part consideration for the purchase of the
above described premises, is intended to be recorded simultaneously
herewith.
