Whereas, the premises hereinafter described were heretofore conveyed to the County of Suffolk
under tax deed(s)and the Board,of Supervisors has authorized the sale or release of the interest of
the County in the premises by resolution of said board duly adopted on the 14th day of May,1956.
Witneweth,that in consideration of the premises and pursuant to the provisions of the Suffolk
County Tax Act (being Chapter 311 of the Laws of 1920, as amended), the Real Property Tax
Law of the State of New York, and said resolution, and in consideration of the sum of._$290e.36

As per Resolution #2631961 of the Board of Supervisors, 'dated the
26th day of Jona, 31961.
This deed is given for the purpose of conveying the property as cited
in this deed to the County of Suffolk for public use pursuant to the
provision of Section 406 (1) of the Real Property Tax Law of the State
of New York. This property to be exempt from all further taxation.
The amount:of consideration shown on this deed represents the amount
of tax sale, accumulated tax arrears and tax payments made by the
County of Suffolk

Said premises were conveyed to the County of Suffolk by tax deed ;.MdJanuary 16s 1967
and recorded in the Liber 61o1 ---of deeds, Page 444
Excepting therefron such part thereof,if any,as may have been taken by Suffolk County,or other
municipality for highway purposes,or for drainage or other public easement or municipal use,or as
may have been damaged or destroyed by the elements.
Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in
and to said Premises.
To Nava and to Hold the premises undo the party of the second part,the heirs,or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part.
Subject however to the following:
a. Building and zoning ordinances and regulations of the municipality in which the premises
are situate.
b. Covenants, restrictions and easements, if any,of record which are now in force.
c. All taxes and assessments, if any, becoming a lien after the date hereof.
d. If situated in an incorporated village,such village taxes or assessments, ifany, as the
village may be able to establish thereon.
e. Any state of facts an accurate survey may show.
f. Any public easement or easement granted to any public utilities.
g. Existing tenancies, if any.
h. The trust fund provisions of Section 13 of the Lien Law.
