along the southerly side of said land 115.71 feet to the westerly side of Bayview

The grantors herein are the same persons as the' grantees
in deed made by Josephine DePaz, dated May 21, 1953 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 27, 1953 in Liber 3521
