residing at Calves Neck Road, Southold, New York
partyof the first part,and Albert A. Sacco and Margaret Glover Sacco, his
wife, both residing at Indian Neck Road, Peconic,
New York.

M, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvemests thereon erected, situate, -
lying and being 1n* at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the northwesterly line of Calves Neck
Road (a public road) formerly a 50 foot private road known as
?Harper Road", at the extreme Southerly end of the arc of a curve
connecting the northwesterly line of Calves Neck Road with the
southwesterly line of a 50 foot private road known as "Midfarm
Road".
RUNNING THENCE South 34 degrees 43 minutes West along the north-
westerly line of Calves Neck Road 97.53 feet to a monument and
other land of John and Lillian M. Frees;
THENCE along said last mentioned land the following two courses
and distances:
1. North 55 degrees 17 minutes West 176.14 feet to a monument;
2. North 34 degrees 19 minutes East 154.75 feet to a monument
on the southwesterly line of Midfarm Road;
THENCE along the southwesterly side of "Midfarm Road" the fol-
lowing two courses and distances:
1. Southeasterly along the are of a curve bearing to the right
having a radius of 100 feet, a distance of 48.20 feet to a
monument;
2. South 47 degrees 08 minutes 10 seconds East 87.71 feet to a
monument and the extreme northerly end of the are of a curve
connecting the southwesterly line of Midfarm Road with the
northwesterly line of Calves Neck Road;
THENCE Southerly along said last mentioned arc of a curve bearing
to the right, having a radius of 50 feet, a distance of 71.43 feet
to the monument at the point or place of BEGINNING.
