THENCE Easterly along the high water mark of Long Island Sound the
following tie line course and distance; (1) North 85 degrees
32 minutes 10 seconds East 98.50 feet to land now or formerly of
Kaplan (formerly Mazzarella);
THENCE South 21 degrees 23 minutes 50 seconds East along said last —_
mentioned land and passing through a monument 327 feet to a monu-
ment on the Norther side of Sound View Avenue;
THENCE South 83 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds West along the
Northerly side of Sound View Avenue 100 feet to the monument at the
