right of way, hereinafter described, at the southeasterly corner of
land now or formerly of Anton F. Primich and the southwesterly corner
of the premises herein described; -
and running thence along said land now or formerly of Anton

edge of a dredged canal leading to Goose Creek;
thence northeasterly along said dredged canal 100 feet
more or less to a stake which is North 570 03' 40" East 100.00 feet
from the last described point;

THIS includes the right of egress and ingress from the above
described property to North Road Highway at Bay View along with all
others entitled to use said right of way.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of party
of the first part in and to the canal adjoining said premises on the
north of said premises and connecting with Goose Creek, to the center
of said canal.
SAID PREMISES being and intended to be the same premises
conveyed by Walter J. Silich, as survivor of tenancy by entirety,
to Z. Grace Silich, by deed dated October 11, 1961 and recorded
August 8, 1962 in Liber 5210 cp 462.
