THIS INDENTURE,made the V,y,Vk7day of June ,ninetcen hundred and sixty-seven. _
BETWEEN HARRONTINE REALTY CORP., a domestic corporation with its
principal office at 855 Sunrise Highway, Lynbrook, New York,
party of the first part,and RONALD W. RYAN and MIGNON T. RYAN, his wife, both
residing at Main Road, Southold, New York, -
party of the second part, -
WITNESSUH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being iexbac at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
- State of New York, bounded and described as follows,
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Main Road where the same is -
intersected by the easterly side of land now or formerly of the party of the
second part herein and running thence along said land North 20 degrees 50
minutes 20 seconds West; 150 feet to land now or formerly of Colonial Village
- at Southold, Inc. formerly B. O. Wells; running thence along said land North

of Colonial Village at Southold, Inc. formerly Fred Rich; running thence along
said land South 20 degrees 50 minutes 20 seconds East, 150 feet to the northerly
side of Main Road; running thence along the northerly side of said Main Road i=

This conveyance is made in the regular course of business actually conducted
by the party of the first part.
