the southeasterly end of the curve connecting the southwesterly side

running thence along the southwesterly side of Wood End Way, South 39°
53' 30" East 177.34 feet;
thence South 50° 06' 30" West along the northwesterly side of Lot
Number 34 on said map, 114.47 feet;

51 on said map 101.14 feet to the easterly side of Park Way;
thence along the easterly side of Park Way North 0° 20' 00" West 53

on a curve to the right having a radius of 330.16 feet a distance of

North 20° 28' 10" East 34.57 feet to the southerly end of the curve
first above mentioned and;
thence along said curve bearing to the right and having a radius of
25 feet a distance of 52.20 feet to the point or place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the grantors
herein by Helen E. Swan by deed dated the 25th day of August, 1964
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on August 26, 1964
in Liber 5602 at page 474. 1.
