BEGINNING at a point on the boundary line between the premises herein
described and land formerly of Sadie Gagen, said boundary line being also the
westerly line of a 30-foot right of way (No. (2) as hereinafter described); said
point of beginning being the southeasterly corner of land now or formerly of
Carey; and running along said boundary line between the premises herein
described and land formerly of Sadie Gagen, South 17 degrees 40 minutes 30
seconds West 60.0 feet; thence along land now or formerly of Kennedy, North
72 degrees 25 minutes 30 seconds West 140.13 feet; thence along the easterly
line of a 30-foot right of way (No. (1) as hereinafter described) North 17
degrees 34 minutes 30 seconds East 60.v feet; thence along said land now or
formerly of Carey, South 72 degrees 25 minutes 30 seconds East 140,24 feet
to the point of beginning.
(1) Together with a right to pass and repass over a right of way 30 feet
in width from the northwesterly corner of the premises southerly about 670 feet;
thence easterly at right angles to said 30-foot right of way about 140 feet to said
land formerly of Sadie Gagen and to another 30-foot right of way (No. (2) as
described below).
(2) Also the right to pass and repassover a right of way 30 feet in width
over said land formerly of Sadie Gagen and adjoining the westerly boundary
thereof, from North Bayview Road northerly about 1620 feet to a dredged canal
leading to Goose Creek.
(3) Also with a right of way 30 feet in width from said northwesterly
corner of the premises northerly 60 feet; thence easterly at right angles to said
30-foot right of way about 140 feet to said land formerly of Sadie Gagen and to
said 30-foot right of way (No. (2) as described above).

described above), South 67 degrees 53 minutes 50 seconds West 115 feet, more -
or less, to the easterly line of a 30-foot right of way (No. (2) as described above); [
thence northerly along said easterly line of said 30-foot right of way (No. (2) as
described above) about 35 feet to said dredged canal leading to Goose Creek;
thence in a general easterly direction along said dredged canal about 50 fee
thence in a general northerly direction along said dredged canal about 210 feet;

30 minutes East 215.0 feet to the point of beginning.
