WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second par,,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,

about 3,000 feet easterly along Sound View Avenue from Mill Lane being
the northeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Arthur W. Hahn, Jr.
and the northwesterly corner of land of the second parties; from said

of the second parties two courses as follows: (1) South 47° 9' 40" East
120.35 feet and thence (2) South 420 501 20" Nest 100 feet to said land
now or formerly of Hahn; running thence along said land now or formerly
1of Hahn North 470 91 40" West 200 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by the seoond
parties to the first parties by deed dated December 21, 1955 and re-
corded on September 27, 1960 in Liber 4880 of Deeds, at Page 266 in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
� 'TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs
