THENCE Westerly along said last mentioned land and again at right

in a deed from James L. Utter to Southold Union Free School District
No. 5 dated June 20, 1929 recorded in the Suffolk County Clark's Office
on July 1, 1929 in Libor 1441 of Conveyances at page 203.
