TOGETHER with an easementfor ingress and egress over and upon Waters-
edge Way, Longview Lane, and Rambler Road for their entire distance
as shown and laid out, 50 feet wide throughout, on said above men-
tioned filed map.
TOGETHER with the ri=,ht to use in common with other lot owners the
