successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

of Suffolk on 10/9/68 as map number 5187, said part of lots being bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Yennecott Drive distant 382.20
feet easterly from the extreme easterly end of the arc of a curve connecting the
easterly side of Tuthiil Road with the northerly side of Yennecott Drive;
THENCE North 23 degrees 19 minutes 00 seconds West 161.67 feet;
THENCE North 41 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds East 233.63 feet;
THENCE South 59 degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds East 26.09 feet;
THENCE South 05 degrees 00 minutes 50 seconds East 275.03 feet to the
northerly side of Yennecott Drive;
THENCE along the northerly side of Yennecott Drive Sout~ 74 degrees 30 minutes
00 seconds West 141.10 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor herein
by deed dated 3/20/87, recorded 6/2/88 in Liber 10616 page 211.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any sUe, ets and
reads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND thc party of the first part covenants that thc party of the fu'st part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that thc party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a ~'ust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
fu-st to thc payment of thc cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever thc sense of this indenture so requires.
