BEGINNING at a point marked by a concrete monument on the division
line between the premises herein described and the westerly line of
land of Torp (which point is the southeasterly corner of the promises
herein described and the southwesterly corner of land of Torp); running
thence along the northerly line of promises heretofore conveyed by
Edith W. Prince to Southold Savings Bank, South 73 degrees 38 minutes
00 seconds West, a distance of $0.91 feet to a point marked by a concrete
monument and other land of Frederick G. Prince; running thence along said
land of Frederick G. Prince, North 17 degrees 16 minutes 30 seconds West,
a distance of 60.92 foot; running thence along land convoyed or about to
be conveyed to Henry W. Prince, North 73 degrees 38 minutes 00 seoonds
East, a distance of $1 fact, more or loss, to land now or formerly of
John Torp; running thence along said land of Torp, South 17 degrees 17
minutes $0 seconds East, a distance of 62.79 foot to the point or place
of beginning.
This conveyance is made on the express condition that no access to
and from a public highway is granted herein. All access to and from a
public highway and to and from the premises above described shall be over
other land of the party of the second part.
