Prince, North 73 degrees 38 minutes 00 seoonds East, a distance of $1 fact, more or loss, to land now or formerly of John Torp; running thence along said land of Torp, South 17 degrees 17 minutes $0 seconds East, a distance of 62.79 foot to the point or place of beginning. This conveyance is made on the express condition that no access to and from a public highway is granted herein. All access to and from a public highway and to and from the premises above described shall be over other land of the party of the second part.
