Traveler Street at the northwesterly corner of said land of Koko and the
northeasterly corner of other land of Henry W. Prince); fromsaid point
of beginning running In a southerly direction along said land of Koko
and partly along land of Terp, South 17 degrees 17 minutes 50 seconds
East, a distance of 75 feet to land conveyed or about to be conveyed to
Frederick G. Prince; running thence along said land conveyed or about
to be conveyed to Frederick G. Prince, South 17 degrees 17 minutes 50
seconds East, a distance of 51 Peet, more or less, to other land of
Fr+derick G. Prince; running thence along said land of Frederick G.
Prince, North 17 degrees 16 minutes 30 soconds West, a distance of 75
feet to a point marked by an iron pipe and other land of Henry W. Prince;
running thence in an easterly direction along the southerly line of said
land of Henry W. Prince, a distance of 50.86 feet to the point or place
