along said land now or formerly of Fischer, North 56° 29' 40" West,
s" 350 feet more or less,to ordinary high water markofLong Island
Sound; thence northeasterly along said high water mark, 53 feet
more or less, to land of Offenheiser; thence along said land of
Offenheiser, South 640 50' 00" East, 415 feet more or less, to
the westerly line of a 20 foot right of way; thence along said
westerly line and along land of Burns, 11.79 feet to said north-
westerly line of Horton's Lane; thence southwesterly along said
northwesterly .line on a curve to the left, having a radius of
200.88 feet, a distance of 127.40 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
ROBERT L. HYATT, the grantor herein, is the same person as Robert L.
Hyatt who is the residuary devisee under the Last Will and Testament
of Walter E. Hyatt, deceased, Suffolk County on 4/12/61 and who
obtained title',by deed from Mae F. Offenheiser, dated 10/17/67,
recorded 10/18/67 in Liber 6239 cp 498.
