or Society in Southold" and Westerly by Oaklawn Avenue (Said premises being
about 55 feet front and rear and about 125 feet in depth)
PARCEL II
Bounded Northerly by R. Terry (formerly of Anna M. Eldredge) Easterly by the
cemetery of "The First Church Congregation or Society in Southold" Southerly
by Parcel One above described, and Westerly by Oaklawn Avenue (Said lot being
about 50 feet wide front and rear and adjoining Parcel I hereinabove described).
The party of the first part is one and the same person as one of the grantees
in deed from Violet B. Conklin and Clarence Q. Conklin her husband to Ethel W.
Nagel and Benjamin I. Nagel her husband, Dated 5/7/1964 Recorded 5/10/1954 in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 3691 cp. 344.
The said Benjamin I, Nagel being the surviving spouse of Ethel W. Nagel, who
died testate 9/29/1962.
