The party of the first part is one and the same person as one of the grantees in deed from Violet B. Conklin and Clarence Q. Conklin her husband to Ethel W. Nagel and Benjamin I. Nagel her husband, Dated 5/7/1964 Recorded 5/10/1954 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 3691 cp. 344. The said Benjamin I, Nagel being the surviving spouse of Ethel W. Nagel, who died testate 9/29/1962.
