An undivided one half interest in All that certain plot, piece or
parcel,of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
i situate, lying and being at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York,.bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe set on the southeasterly line of
Lake Drive, a total distance of 269.01 feet southwesterly along
said line from a monument on the southwesterly line of Kenny's'
Road; running thence along said line of Lake Drive two courses,
as follows:
(1) North 17 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds East 49.65 feet
to a monument; thence

along other land now or formerly of DANIEL T. SMITH, South 44

shore of Great Pond; thence southerly along the shore of Great Pond

measured at right angles thereto; .thence along other land now or
