place of beginning in the Westerly line of Wabasso Street.

beginning, thence South 5045' East 125 feet by and along the Westerly line of
Wabasso Street to a point, thence South 84021' West 110 feet by and along property
of C.H. Wickham to a point, thence North 5045' 'Nest 125 feet to a point, thence
North 840211 East 110 feet by and along property of Kelson to the point and place of
beginning in the Westerly line of Wabasso Street.
