This is a correction deed and is intended to correct an error that
appeared in a deed between the same parties dated April 19, 1.066 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 5944 cp 100 on
April 20, 1966, in which the grantee was incorrectly designated James
Fe Neefus, The grantee's name should have appeared as James F. Neefus,
Jr., as it does above.
